Give Dollywood a full day
Choose Dollywood for rides, performances and the park’s Smokies setting. Use its current map and calendar to choose the actual experiences for your group. A newly advertised ride or festival is not automatically open on every planned day, and participation rules vary by ride.
Book the dated park ticket or clearly named package. Leave room for food and a rest; add a dinner show on another day if the group wants a fixed evening commitment.

Splash Country and dinner shows are separate choices
Splash Country is the seasonal water-park option within the Dollywood family, not an automatic inclusion in a theme-park ticket. Choose it for a suitable weather day and the group’s swimming and ride participation. Confirm the named admission and date.
Dolly Parton’s Stampede or Pirates Voyage can form the main evening. Select one actual show and meal arrangement, including dietary or access needs. Do not assume a hotel booking includes it unless the selected package explicitly says so.
Titanic: passenger history in the ship-shaped museum
The Pigeon Forge Titanic Museum Attraction is at 2134 Parkway. Its program includes authentic artifacts, passenger stories and a recreated Grand Staircase. Choose it for a history visit rather than expecting a ride or a voyage. Allow time to read and consider whether the sinking’s subject suits younger children.
Use the Pigeon Forge ticket route, not the separate Branson location. Published visitor information recommends advance tickets and identifies free on-site parking. A separately advertised dining experience is a different reservation.
WonderWorks: plan three to four hours indoors
WonderWorks is the upside-down-building choice for interactive science and amusement, with subjects such as space, weather and physical challenges. The operator asks visitors to allow at least three to four hours. That makes it a substantial rainy-day plan rather than a quick stop between two other paid attractions.
Its FAQ identifies free on-site parking and elevators, alongside activity-specific clothing and health restrictions. Motion or flashing-light sensitivity and ropes-course footwear need attention. Check the participation rules for the activities the group actually wants.

The Island: choose a free evening or a paid ride
Walk among the shops and restaurants and make time for the fountain. The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel is the paid observation-wheel option; other rides and activities have their own tickets. Free admission to the complex does not make all entertainment free.
The visitor page identifies free marked-lot parking and a complimentary city-operated tram from the main lot. The tram follows the actual operating hours and event conditions; it is different from a guaranteed hotel transfer.
The Old Mill: food, pottery and the river
Use The Old Mill area for a less ticket-driven outing: the historic gristmill setting, Pigeon River Pottery and a named restaurant. The Old Mill Restaurant and Pottery House Cafe are separate choices. A meal and a craft browse can fill an afternoon without another long attraction session.
A shop photograph does not promise a demonstration at a particular time. Verify any guided mill visit or event through the operator, and choose the actual restaurant’s menu and service arrangements.
A Smokies day: Sugarlands or Cades Cove
Sugarlands and a selected suitable north-side walk form one park outing. Cades Cove is a different western-valley day, with an eleven-mile one-way road loop; NPS advises at least two to four hours for the loop itself, longer with hikes. Do not count only the town-to-park drive.
Check current road and trail closures and the applicable parking tag. Cades Cove’s seasonal vehicle-free Wednesdays change a driving plan. Laurel Falls must not be used as the automatic family walk while the current NPS notice reports it closed.

A Gatlinburg outing or a deliberately easy day
Gatlinburg adds a compact town walk, aquarium or one chosen mountain attraction. That is a town-to-town outing with traffic and parking, not another activity inside Pigeon Forge. Pick the aquarium, SkyPark, Anakeesta or Ober program for its actual purpose before buying a bundle.
When weather or energy changes, keep a pool afternoon, a meal and The Island evening as a real alternative. A successful family holiday does not require a new ticket every half-day.
Named activities you can investigate
Compare the named product and departure: meeting point, duration, included tickets, transport and meals. Match the age, swimming or walking requirements to your group, then read weather and cancellation terms. An admission ticket, guided walk and boat trip are different experiences; these links do not confirm available places.
